I had my eye on Crysis when it was first released in Unfortunately after downloading the demo, I found out that my computer at the time was not able to run the game at a decent resolution and frame rate. I use the word “experience” because that is what the game was for me. The game is immersive due to its graphics, physics, level layout, and gameplay. The graphics in Crysis are excellent and at times jaw-dropping.

This is very impressive especially for a 3 year old game. Note: you will need a pretty good PC to run this game with all the eye candy on. The physics on this game is impressive as well. Almost all the objects in the game are destructible even individual palm tree leaves. Palm trees actually fall down when shot unlike most games where only bullet holes would appear. The physics of this game adds to the immersion.

I would go into more detail about the character and story, but I don’t want to spoil it for potential buyers. I highly recommend this game if your computer can run it. I run it at x resolution in very high settings.
