Thanks again. Can you help me!?? I have had to re-image my PC and didn’t back up the software before doing so. No that I have my re-imaged machine back, I signed in to access my Acrobat X Pro, entered my serial , but I get a message telling me my software is already in use!
However, I didn’t install it on my other 2 PCs–just the one I re-imaged. So I figured that it is showing alreading in use because it was installed on my same PC before I re-imaged. If I had not re-imaged it, I would be looking in the registry for something, but this registry isn’t what it was before re-imaging!!
